INITIAL CONSULTATION
Start with a free 30-minute consultation for both parties to discuss your situation and determine if our services are a suitable fit.

JOINT SESSION #1
Amy will identify priorities in the first 90-minute session and lay concerns to create a roadmap for practical solutions.

INFORMATION GATHERING
Post-session, you will receive a list of specific information to gather and securely upload. This will aid in creating a draft Facilitation Document.

JOINT SESSION #2
During the second session, lasting up to 120 minutes, Amy will address all priorities using the draft Facilitation Document and summarize decisions in a Draft Memorandum of Understanding.

JOINT SESSION #3
The final session, up to 120 minutes, focuses on reviewing prior decisions and resolving outstanding items. Additional sessions can be scheduled if necessary.

DRAFT AGREEMENTS
Once an agreement is reached, Amy will draft a Final Memorandum of Understanding, which can be submitted to an attorney for formal dissolution.
