Let’s Talk

Empowerment

Mediation keeps the decisions in your hands. It allows you and your soon-to-be ex-spouse to agree on your assets, expenses, and children. Without agreements through mediation, you are subject to the courts’ decisions. Leaving it up to the courts takes away individual control.

Cost Effective

Mediation is a streamlined process that reduces legal, court, and other associated fees—the more time spent with indecision, the more it will cost. Mediation allows you to keep more of your assets between the two parties.

Faster Resolution

Traditional dispute resolution can be lengthy. You may find yourself waiting on legal representation availability, the court process, or prolonged scheduling. Mediation allows you to reach agreements with your ex-spouse. These agreements are the basis of your Dissent Degree and will reduce the time spent by legal representatives and court proceedings.

Customized Solutions

Parties involved in a dispute can reach mutually agreeable solutions through open communication facilitated by Williams Mediation. Our facilitative model allows both parties to express their priorities. Through respectful dialogue, we work together through priorities and solutions.

Conflict Reduction

You and your soon-to-be ex-spouse own mutually agreeable solutions by maintaining control of the process through mediation. Memorialized decisions become a guide to help you move forward with reduced conflict.

A Transparent Process
